TMA Nowshera e-PADS Tender — Fabrication of Sanitation Vehicles & Solid Waste Machinery

Issuer: Office of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Nowshera, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed bids through the e-PADS system for fabrication/supply/installation/testing and commissioning of sanitation vehicles / solid waste machinery for TMA Nowshera. Eligible contractors/fabricators/manufacturers with required registrations may submit technical and financial bids.

Key instructions and eligibility:

• Bids to be submitted through e-PADS (www.kpprocure.gov.pk). Tender documents may be downloaded from e-PADS and KPRA websites after publishing.
• Eligible bidders: contractors/fabricators/manufacturers having NTN, GST, valid & renewed PEC registration for the current financial year, valid enlistment with the Local Council Board, and active status with KPRA & FBR as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Technical and financial bids must be submitted through e-PADS. Hard copies in sealed envelopes must also reach the Office of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Nowshera (Near Karimi Stop, GT Road, Nowshera) through registered courier before the submission deadline.
• Bid security: Financial bids require bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO, TMA Nowshera; earnest money noted as per bid (2% indicated). Successful bidder to provide Performance Security @ 10% of the contract price.
• Bid validity: Bids will remain valid for 90 days from bid closing date.
• Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. Contractor is responsible for complete fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning and warranty obligations as required by the procuring entity.
