Pakistan Railways (Implementation Agency) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for an Individual Consultant: Institutional & Reform Sector Specialist for the ML-1 Karachi–Rohri (480 km) Upgradation Project under Loan 6056-PAK from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
