SNGPL Invitation to Bid — Underground Network Replacement Works (Bahawalpur) — Tenders BWP/SRP/01 & BWP/SRP/02/2026-27

Issuer: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Bahawalpur Region. Invitation to submit sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors for ditching, backfilling, reinstatement and allied works for underground network replacement under the System Rehabilitation Program FY 2025-26 in multiple localities of Bahawalpur.

Pre-qualification & document requirements: Contractors must be pre-qualified in the Bahawalpur Region and submit a request for tender documents together with copies of a valid NTN / Income Tax Certificate, PRRA certificate and the latest professional tax certificate.

Bid security and fees: Tender documents are available from the SNGPL Regional Office on payment of Rs. 1,000. Earnest money (bid security) shall be not less than 2% (excluding taxes). Each item will be evaluated separately. Tender re-floating noted due to non-participation of contractors.

Submission & opening: Bids must be delivered in accordance with the bidding instructions to SNGPL Regional Office — Maintenance Section, 6-D Model Town-A, Bahawalpur. Bids received before the closing time on the specified date will be publicly opened on the same day.
