Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) invited for an Individual Consultant position: Institutional & Reform Sector Specialist to support design review, institutional strengthening and PPP/commercialization for the ML-1 Karachi–Rohri (480 km) upgradation project. Recruitment will follow ADB Procurement Policy and ADB Procurement Regulations (2017, as amended).
