Key responsibilities: Achieve CA, SA and total deposit targets and other regional revenue and cross-functional targets; collaborate with business units to identify prospective customers to enhance sales opportunities and deposit mobilization; enhance and optimize productivity across levels while enforcing compliance and quality customer service; ensure adherence to SBP regulations, bank policies, procedures and risk guidelines; build succession pipeline and ensure high team engagement.
