Key responsibilities include achievement of CA, SA and total deposit targets along with other revenue and cross-functional targets for the region; collaboration with business units to identify prospective customers and enhance sales and deposit mobilization; enhancing and optimizing productivity while enforcing compliance; ensuring adherence to SBP regulations, bank policies, procedures and risk guidelines; and building a succession pipeline with high team engagement.
