How to apply & key terms (summary):
- Eligible applicants: Persons or firms registered with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Blacklisted/defaulting persons are not allowed to participate.
- Application fee: Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) payable with 2% Sales Tax as applicable. Applications shall be submitted on working days at least three (3) days before auction. Last date: 2026-09-07.
- Call deposits shown in the table must be deposited to Bank of Khyber. Call deposit account and application-fee account numbers are published as account No. 0066-20081040992 (call deposit) and account No. 0066-2008209319 (application fee) in any branch of Bank of Khyber.
- Applicants must submit copies of CNIC, income tax registration (NTN) and partnership deed/memorandum of association where applicable, with evidence of paid-up capital (if partnership/firm).
- Successful bidder conditions: (as published) payment and security deposit requirements, issuance of allotment letter, and responsibility for lawful extraction and transportation subject to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Minerals Act, 2017 and other applicable rules. Transport without verified challans will be considered unauthorized and actionable.
