Tender: Up-gradation of Pakistan Handicraft Shop, PSIC House, Davis Road, Lahore

Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) invites sealed bids from well-reputed and experienced firms/contractors for the up-gradation/rehabilitation of the Pakistan Handicraft Shop located at PSIC House, Davis Road, Lahore. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (PPRA Rules 2014).

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

- Bidders must participate through the Punjab e-Procurement (PPRA) portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.

- Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the current year.

- Valid registration for Income Tax and Sales Tax (where applicable).

- Registration with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or registration with the Registrar of Firms or a Government Organization, as applicable.

- An undertaking on judicial stamp paper that the firm has not been blacklisted by PSIC.

- Earnest money must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favor of Director Works & Development, PSIC, and submitted as required by the tender documents.

- Technical and financial proposals must be submitted as per instructions on the e-Procurement portal. Original required documents (including CDR) should be delivered to the office address as specified in the tender before the opening time.

- Bids will be opened on the date and time shown above in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
