Tender: Procurement of Equipment for Newly Established Testing Facilities — Directorate General of Labour Welfare, Punjab

Directorate General of Labour Welfare, Punjab (ADP Scheme) invites e-bids from well reputed firms / Government Contractors registered with relevant tax departments for the "Procurement of Equipment for Newly Established Testing Facilities." Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage – Double Envelope Procedure) via the Punjab e-Procurement system.

Key dates & submission: E-bids will be received via the Punjab e-Procurement (EPRO) system. Submission period from 2026-08-10; bids will be opened on 2026-08-31 at 12:30 PM.

Eligibility & conditions: Firms must be registered with relevant tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab sales tax and professional tax where applicable). Procurement will be completed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The successful bidder must furnish Performance Guarantee / Security (up to 3% of the awarded amount) as CDR in favour of the Project Director. The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids and to increase/decrease quantities or cancel tenders as per rules.
