PHE Division Nowshera Invites Bids for Annual Maintenance & Repair of Water Supply Schemes (2026-27)

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division, Nowshera (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites bids through EPADS under KP-PPRA Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure for annual maintenance and repair (civil works) of existing water supply schemes for FY 2026-27.

How to apply and eligibility:

- Download Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) / Bill of Quantity (BOQ) from EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA (kppra.gov.pk).
- Submit/upload technical and financial bids by file upload through EPADS before the last date and time.
- Bidders must be registered with: (i) EPADS, (ii) KP-PPRA, (iii) Pakistan Engineering Council (if required category/codes apply), (iv) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status, and (v) Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN status.

Procedure and conditions:

- Technical bids will be opened/downloaded from EPADS on/after the stated technical bid opening date/time in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
- Financial bid opening date/time will be announced after technical evaluation.
- Incomplete or conditional bids, or bids with unattested cutting/overwriting/disfiguring, will be considered non-responsive.
- All conditions in the Bid Solicitation Documents apply. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids per KPPRA Rule 47.
- KP-PPRA notifications referenced: S.R.O. (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10/05/2022 and S.R.O. (29)/Vol:1-40/2025-26/699-711 dated 29/10/2025.
