Regional Business Head – Branch Banking Division (The Bank of Punjab)

Responsible for achievement of CA, SA and total deposit targets, other revenue and cross-functional targets for the region.

Collaborate with business units to identify prospective customers to enhance sales and deposit mobilization.

Enhance and optimize productivity at all levels, enforce compliance culture, ensure adherence to SBP regulations, Bank policies, procedures and risk guidelines.

Build succession pipeline and ensure high team engagement.
