University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore invites online applications for semester-based on-campus undergraduate programs (Fall 2026) to be offered at UHS Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku. Eligible candidates must apply online and meet minimum academic and admission-test requirements.

Eligibility: Merit is calculated on the basis of HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part-I result. Admission is subject to passing the complete HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate. Candidates failing to meet the 60% aggregate will have admission cancelled. Candidates must qualify the UHS Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT-2026) with a minimum of 50% marks.
Application & Fee: Apply online only at https://portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission by creating a verified account. Each program selected requires a separate application and a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.10,000 plus a UAG fee of Rs.3,000. A system-generated challan will be used for fee payment.
UGAT-2026 Test Format: Single paper of 100 MCQs; 25 questions each from English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Duration: 2 hours.

Documents Required (to be uploaded): CNIC/B-form, father’s CNIC, recent passport-size photograph, SSC certificate/result card, HSSC Part-I result card, domicile, IBCC equivalence certificate (if applicable) and other documents in prescribed formats. Incomplete or improperly submitted applications will be rejected.
Merit Weightage: SSC/Equivalent 10%, HSSC (Pre-Medical Part-I/Equivalent) 40%, UHS-UGAT-2026 score 50%. Admissions will be granted strictly on merit.
