Eligibility & Merit: Merit will be calculated on the basis of HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part-I. Admission is subject to the candidate passing the complete HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent exam with at least 60% marks in aggregate. Candidates must qualify the UHS Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT-2026) by securing a minimum of 50% marks. Merit weighting: SSC/Equivalent 10%, HSSC (Pre-Medical) 40% and UHS-UGAT 50%.
UHS-UGAT 2026 (Test details): A single paper of 100 MCQs — 25 questions each from English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Duration: 2 hours. Test date and time: Saturday, 2026-09-05, 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
How to Apply: Create an account and submit online application at: http://portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission. Upload required documents and follow portal instructions. Only online applications submitted through the UHS portal will be accepted.
