Bidders must submit unit prices in the prescribed financial bid format. Quotations with cutting, erasing, or overwriting for a quoted item will not be accepted. Each bid must include an index, table of contents, consecutive page numbers, and must be signed and stamped by the authorized representative. Queries or suggestions should be studied and submitted in writing on or before the pre-bid meeting; queries submitted only on the meeting day in hard copy must be provided before the meeting to be considered.
The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47(1) of KPPRA Rules.
