Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (Secretary, Purchase Committee) Lahore invites electronic bids on ePADS from registered firms/companies/contractors/sole proprietors engaged in construction, trading and service-providing and registered with relevant tax / registration authorities for hiring of human resource for its campuses. Bidding is through the e-portal; bidders must submit technical and financial proposals as per ePADS requirements and provide required bid security (CDR). Bids must be submitted online and a physical copy delivered to the undersigned before the deadline below.
