Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (C&W Division Maintenance), Executive Engineer Maintenance-I, C&W Deptt, Peshawar.

Key submission and financial requirements:
- Earnest money: 2% of bid (plus Stamp Duty & 0.03% Tender Fee).
- Bid documents: Download from official C&W website (www.cwd.gkp.pk) and EPADS System. Complete set of bid documents may be purchased from the Executive Engineer’s office on payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 per package on any working day prior to the procedure date.
- Security deposit/CDR: 2% of Engineer’s Estimate (as CDR / Call Deposit in original) to be submitted/ sealed in Financial Bid before closing date/time in the EPADS system.
- Bids must be submitted online through EPADS system. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies (technical and financial envelopes).
- Contractors quoting more than 10% below up to 20% below Engineer’s Estimate must submit additional security (as specified in the tender). Detailed rules for additional security and evaluation are stated in the terms & conditions.
- All other terms & conditions of KPPRA and C&W Department apply. Bids failing to comply with published instructions will be rejected.
