Issuer: Dean & CEO, Ayub Medical College / Ayub Teaching Hospital (AMTI), Abbottabad. Purpose: Recruitment for multiple posts (Serial #01 to Serial #22) under AMTI — candidates to be shortlisted through ETEA screening test, credentials, and relevant experience as per Board of Governors approved criteria.

Key selection rules: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to sit the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials; detailed scrutiny by the recruiting authority will follow and ineligible candidates will be disqualified. Shortlisting will be based on ETEA screening test results, educational qualifications and relevant experience. A minimum of 50% in the ETEA screening test is required to pass; interview passing marks threshold and aggregate interview evaluation will be applied as per competent authority rules. Final recommendations will be made by the selection committee to the competent authority in order of merit.

How to apply (summary):

• Create a profile on ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk) and complete online application(s). Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate online applications for each post.
• After online submission, generate and print the prescribed deposit slip containing the candidate token number and personal information. Pay the non-refundable prescribed fee through Easypaisa Agent or at any branch of UBL Bank as directed.
• Keep the original deposited bank slip (candidate copy) stamped by the bank/Easypaisa. Do NOT send documents/testimonials to ETEA at the time of online submission; only shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit documents when required.
• All supporting documents should be uploaded with the online application in a single PDF where requested. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview/verification.
• Applications submitted through any other channel will not be entertained; government servants must provide NOC through proper channel when required.
