GIK Institute Tender: Supply of Electronics Components, Lab Instruments & Consumables (closing 2026-08-26)

Issuer: Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI), Topi, Swabi (KP). GIKI invites sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure for the supply of electronics components, conductive inks, chemicals, polymers, lab instruments, testing tools, accessories and general consumables on F.O.R. basis.

Key requirements and submission details:

- Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers.

- Bidders must be registered with EPADS V2.0, with relevant tax authorities, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

- Bidding documents with specifications, terms and conditions are available on the GIKI website (www.giki.edu.pk) and via PPRA EPADS V2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). The PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) also carries the advertisement.

- Submission method: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. Scanned copies of instruments must be uploaded on EPADS V2.0; original instruments must reach the Procurement Department before the submission closing time.

- Fee & security: A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000 and bid security/earnest money as specified in EPADS V2.0 are required.
