GEPCO Tender 03/MM/Services/2026-27 – International Consultant for T&D Technical Losses Assessment

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites international competitive e-bids for engagement of an independent third-party international consultant/consortium firm for evaluation and assessment of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) technical losses of GEPCO.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations.
• All bids must be submitted through the EPADS e-procurement system (EPADS v2.0) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
• Bids must be accompanied by bid security in acceptable forms: demand draft, pay order, banker’s cheque, call deposit or bank guarantee in favour of the Chief Executive Officer, GEPCO. Bid security amount: PKR 2,500,000.
• Bidders are required to upload technical and financial proposals as per the single stage two-envelope/QCBS procedure; detailed bidding documents and instructions are available on EPADS.
• Late, conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. Bid validity and other conditions are as specified in the bidding documents available on EPADS.
• GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per rules.
