Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). PITB invites sealed bids for the procurement of outsourced Contact Center Agents for the project titled “CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) — Framework Contract (E-GOV-10)”. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.
