Tender Documents / TORs Can be purchased from CPSP Regional Center Abbottabad and CPSP HQ Karachi on written request. Fee: Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of "College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan".
Bid Security 2% of bid value (refundable to unsuccessful bidders). Must be submitted as Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.
Mandatory Submission Documents / Requirements
  • Company profile with name, permanent address, valid phone, e-mail and fax.
  • Legal status: Partnership deed / Articles of Association or Power of Attorney where applicable.
  • Audited bank statements / balance sheets for the last three years.
  • Track record: List of similar projects completed in the last five years with project costs and completion periods.
  • Client satisfaction certificates for completed projects.
  • Availability of key technical staff (architect, structural engineer, site engineer, quantity surveyor).
  • Proof of FBR registration and NTN plus last income tax return.
  • PEC registration certificate as construction contractor.
  • Non-blacklisting affidavit (firm not in litigation or blacklisted).
Submission Method & Addresses Documents must be submitted directly to CPSP Regional Center Abbottabad (Adjacent Ayub Medical College, Mansehra Road, Abbottabad) OR to CPSP Head Office, Karachi (07th Central Street, DHA Phase-II, Karachi). Bids must be in sealed envelopes as per procedure.
