The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites proposals through EPADS v2.0 to hire an independent transaction advisor firm for legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave regarding amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave. Submission deadline is 28 July 2026, 12:00 PM; proposals will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted.
Procurement will follow a single-stage, two-envelope Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under Public Procurement Rules, 2004. A bid security (pay order, call deposit or demand draft) is required. E-bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0.
