LESCO Invitation to Bid (EPADS) — Supply of Transformers, Cables, Towers & Electrical Materials — Closing 2026-07-02

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), Chief Engineer (Dev.) PMU LESCO, 132-KV Qartaba Grid Station, Mozang, Lahore. E-bids are invited from pre-qualified suppliers/manufacturers registered with LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs and with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for National Competitive Bidding (NCB) packages. Procurement will be processed through E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0).

Scope: Multiple tender packages for electrical transmission and distribution materials and equipment, including (but not limited to) power transformers, switchgear panels, lightning arrestors, tubular poles, power cables, connectors, CT/VT units, capacitor banks, towers & tower accessories, insulators, battery chargers, chargers, trolley & rail fittings, press machines and various testing/repair services. Quantities, technical specifications and individual lot details are provided in the tender documents for each package.

How to apply / submit bids: Bidders must submit electronic bids only through the EPADS portal (https://www.epads.gov.pk). Tender documents and standard bidding documents are available for download from EPADS and LESCO website (https://www.lesco.gov.pk). Manual submission of bids is not allowed. All required documents, including bid security as specified in BDS, must accompany bids. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders’ authorized representatives as per the published opening schedule.

Important notes: Bids will be evaluated under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure in line with Public Procurement Rules. Bidders must meet eligibility, taxes and registration requirements shown in tender documents. LESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids as per PPRA rules.
