E-Tender: Hire of School Transport Services for Workers Welfare School (Boys), Rawalpindi (2026–28)

Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Labour & Human Resource Department — Workers Welfare School (Boys), Rawalpindi (Opposite Army Officer Colony, ARL Morgah). The school invites e-Bids for hiring transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities for students for two academic years (2026–27 & 2027–28).

Eligibility & key requirements:

- Open to financially sound, experienced firms/companies registered for Income Tax. - Bidding documents and submission via Punjab e-Procurement/E-PADS and PPRA portals. - Firms must be registered on E-PADs to participate; manual bids will not be accepted. - Vehicles model 2015 or later will be acceptable (documentary evidence required). - One student per seat ratio to be observed. - Earnest money: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% (Rs.1,320,000) to be submitted physically to the school office before online e-bid submission; original CDR required. - Successful bidders will provide a Performance Guarantee in the shape of CDR @ 5% of the contract amount at or before signing the contract. - Technical and Financial bids must be separate, complete, signed, stamped and uploaded on E-PADs by the stated deadline. - Participating firms must obtain minimum 70% marks as per the tender evaluation criteria. - The procuring/transport hiring committee may accept or reject any bid as per PPRA rules.
