GEPCO Tender: Extension of 11kV Rooms at 132kV Grid Stations in Gujranwala District — Bid Closing 2026-07-15

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed bids for extension works of 11kV rooms at multiple 132kV Grid Stations under tender reference TENDERS/PDGSC/GEPCO/2025-26. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be adopted as per PPRA rules. Financial and technical proposals should be submitted separately.

Key dates: Bid submission: 2026-07-15 at 11:00 Hrs. Bid opening: 2026-07-15 at 11:30 Hrs.

Eligibility & requirements: Contractors must have valid PEC registration renewal for 2025-26. Bidders are required to comply with terms in the tender documents, submit technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes, and provide original bid security (valid for 120 days) in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank @2% of BOQ amount. The successful bidder shall submit performance security (10% of contract price) in the prescribed form after award. Additional documentary requirements (tax returns, bank statements, NTN, registration certificates, etc.) are detailed in the tender documents.
