GEPCO Tenders — Extension of 11kV Rooms at 132kV Grid Stations (Bid Closing 2026-07-15)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders for the extension of 11kV rooms at three 132kV grid stations. Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be adopted as per PPRR rules. Tender documents are available through E-PAQS (E-PADS) version 2.0 and PPRA/GEPCO websites.

Submission & Opening: Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-15 at 11:00 Hrs. Bid opening: 2026-07-15 at 11:30 Hrs.

Eligibility & Requirements: Contractors must have valid PEC registration renewal for 2025-26 in the specified categories. Bids must follow single-stage two-envelope format with separate Technical and Financial proposals. Original bid security (2% of BOQ cost) valid for 120 days in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee must be submitted with the technical bid. The successful bidder will provide 10% of the contract price as performance security after issuance of Letter of Intent.
