E-Tender: Transport (Pick & Drop) Services for Workers Welfare Boys School, Bahawalpur (2026–28)

Workers Welfare School (Boys), Bahawalpur (Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour & Human Resource Department) invites e-bids from financially sound, experienced and Income Tax-registered firms/companies to provide transport (pick-and-drop) services to students for two academic years (2026-27 & 2027-28).

Key submission and opening schedule:

- Last date for submission on website (EPADS): 2026-07-11 till 11:00 a.m.
- Opening of Technical bids on website: 2026-07-11 at 11:30 a.m.
- Opening of Financial bids: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 a.m.

Important conditions and requirements:

• Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions and vehicle requirements available free on EPADS: http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and PPRA website.
• Procurement will be carried out through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). All bidders must be registered on EPADS to be eligible.
• Manual bids will not be accepted. Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure will be followed.
• Vehicles model 2015 or later will be acceptable (documentary evidence required).
• One student over one seat ratio will be observed.
• Prospective bidders must submit earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the total estimated contract cost in favor of Principal, Workers Welfare School (Boys), Bahawalpur. Original CDR must be submitted to the school office before the closing time of e-bid submission; failure to submit original CDR before the deadline will result in rejection of the technical bid.
• Participating firms should obtain at least 70% marks in technical evaluation as the pre-qualification criteria. Successful bidder to submit a Performance Guarantee (CDR) of 5% of the contract amount at the time of signing the contract.
• All rates must be inclusive of applicable government taxes.
• Detailed submission and bidding process via EPADS portal (http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids submitted after the specified time or incomplete will not be considered.
