Saindak Metals Limited invites technical and financial proposals via Electronic Bids (EPADS) from consultancy firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), FBR, and BRA and appearing on FBR's Active Taxpayers List for detailed design and resident supervision of civil works for development projects. Consultants will be selected under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method using the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure per PPRA Consulting Services Regulations, 2010.
