Last date for online submission (E-PADS): 2026-07-11 by 11:00 AM. Opening of technical bids on the e-procurement website: 2026-07-11 at 11:30 AM. Opening of financial bids: 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM.

Eligibility & bidding requirements:

• Firms must be registered with Income Tax authorities and eligible under PPRA rules.
• Procurement through Punjab e-Procurement System (E-PADS) — http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and information on PPRA website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.
• Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 2% of the estimated contract value in favour of Principal, Workers Welfare HS (Boys) Nishter Colony, Lahore must be submitted as earnest money.
• Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure: technical and financial bids submitted online in accordance with tender documents. Incomplete, unsigned, late or not-submitted bids will not be considered.
• Successful bidder will provide Performance Guarantee in the form of CDR as required by the contract.
