Alliance Health Care Pvt Ltd (AHL) invites sealed Technical and Financial Proposals from reputable audit firms for outsourcing the Internal Audit Function to provide independent internal audit services and strengthen governance, internal controls, risk management, regulatory compliance and financial oversight.

| Eligibility / Minimum Qualifications | Firm registered with Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP); minimum 5 years of continuous professional practice with demonstrated internal audit experience; functional registered office in Peshawar; capacity to deploy at least two full-time qualified audit professionals onsite; engagement supervised by a Director/Engagement Partner with relevant experience. |
| Duration & Reporting | Fixed 12-month contract. Functional reporting to Board/Audit Committee and administrative reporting to AHL management. Strict confidentiality required. |
| Proposal Submission | Submit sealed Technical and Financial Proposals in separate envelopes. Proposals must include firm profile, registration details, organizational presence/capacity in Peshawar, details of relevant experience and key personnel (CVs), qualifications, copies of registration, proposed audit methodology and financial proposal/fee quotation. |
| Evaluation | Proposals evaluated on technical capability, team qualifications and experience, methodology, local presence and financial competitiveness. |
