PECTAA Invitation to Banks for Mark-up Rates on Rs. 770 Million TDR Re-investments

Punjab Education Curriculum, Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) invites sealed mark-up proposals from eligible banks for reinvestment of Rs. 770 million currently placed in Term Deposit Receipts (TDRs) at The Bank of Punjab, Main Boulevard Gulberg-III, Lahore. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and comply with the eligibility and submission requirements below.

Eligibility: All Public, Private and Islamic Banks (excluding Specialized Banks, Development Finance Institutions, Microfinance Banks and Foreign Banks operating in Pakistan) having a minimum long-term credit rating of AA by JCR-VIS or PACRA, published by the State Bank of Pakistan, with validity at least up to 2026-08-05.

Submission & Opening: Signed, stamped and sealed mark-up proposals must reach the issuer by 03:00 PM on 2026-07-13. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of the PECTAA Finance Committee and bank branch managers or authorized representatives. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the last date for submission. PECTAA reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all proposals without assigning a reason.
