The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites proposals from eligible firms to act as an independent transaction advisor to perform legal, financial and technical evaluation of the revised proposal submitted by M/s Urban Enclave for amalgamation of OPF Greens, OPF Town and Urban Enclave. Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
RFP documents and e-bidding are available on EPADS v2.0; proposals must be submitted through EPADS by 28 July 2026, 12:00 PM (opened same day at 12:30 PM).
