Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi, Tech & Chief Engineer Branch (DHA I-R), invites sealed Single Stage Two Envelope bids from PEC and DHA registered contractors/firms in Category C-1 & above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10 for the turnkey project: Rehabilitation of DHA Expressway.
