Bank Makramah Ltd Tender: Procurement of Advertising Agency Services (Digital & Conventional/PR) — Karachi

Bank Makramah Ltd invites proposals from experienced and qualified advertising agencies for provision of conventional and digital advertising services. The selected agency will develop and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Applicant agencies must have a minimum of five (05) years of relevant experience.

Key dates & submission: Pre-bid discussion via email/call: 2026-07-07 by 17:00. Last date for submission (sealed envelopes) on or before 2026-07-13 by 15:00. Sealed bids must be addressed to Manager Procurement & Administration, Bank Makramah Ltd, Head Office, Ground Floor, Showroom No.13, COM 3 Mall & Residence Building, Block #5, Clifton, Karachi. Bids will be opened by the Quotation Committee once quorum is met. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and quotations must be valid for at least 90 days.

Submission & compliance notes: The Bank will not be responsible for costs incurred in submission. Bank Makramah Ltd reserves the right to cancel the bid for any reason, or withdraw the RFP/LOI. For dispute/services issues the Bank will contact the vendor.

Mandatory requirements (documents & qualifications): Company profile; NTN certificate; FBR returns for last 3 years; copy of CNIC of all directors/management; last 3 years audited reports with 3 years bank statements; evidence of business age, business volume and staff strength; technical competence (HR quality & technological expertise & support); list of key customers; two relevant references (purchase/order) of similar nature projects preferably from financial institutions/banks; ISO certification; business continuity plan; undertaking on e-stamp paper of Rs.500/- that the firm is not blacklisted by any Provincial/Federal government or organization and is not a tax defaulter.
