Open Tender Notice 30-32/2026 — Purchase & Supply (Islamabad)

Head Procurement, Office of Director Finance (P.O. Box 1482), Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply, installation and commissioning as per the following tender schedule. Bidders must have own offices with telephone/fax facilities.

How to apply / key conditions:

- Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained in writing on firm letterhead along with the bank draft/pay order of the given tender fee in the name of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Cash payment for tender fee will not be accepted.

- Each tender/quotation must be accompanied by 2% earnest money (call deposit) of total order value in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Tenders will not be issued to firms that previously failed to supply against orders. Late tenders or tenders received after opening will not be entertained.

- Tender validity: 60 days from date of opening. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected.

- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

- Tender documents should be dispatched against receipt and through bank draft/courier/post; the original bank draft must be received by the office one day before the opening date.
