Open Tender Notice 30-32/2026 — Ultrasonic Testing Equipment & 3D/Misc. Machines (Islamabad)

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for delivery FOR Islamabad. Tender documents are issued on request against the specified tender fee and bank draft/pay order in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender fee: Rs.2,000 per package. Tender in CASH will not be accepted.

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money (call deposit/ CDR) of the total order value in favour of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

- Tender documents can be obtained by written request on firm letterhead along with the bank draft/pay order of the given tender fee made payable to Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Original bank draft must reach the office one day before opening date.

- Tender validity: tenders will remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. Late or incomplete tenders may be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

- The issuing office reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations at their discretion. Tenderer’s own faulty less than specified will not be accepted.
