- The original instrument for bidding document fee and bid security must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent, 2nd Floor Board Room, Dr. Ruth K.M. Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi.
- In case of a public holiday or any unfavorable circumstance, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same venue and time. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under SPP Rules 2010.
