Issuer: Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Okara (Superintending Engineer, Highway Circle, Sahiwal).
Purpose: Invitation to tender for Dualization/Improvement of Okara–Depalpur Road (total length 24.20 km; Phase-I length 8.00 km) in District Okara under Punjab Highways Department.
How to apply: Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk or www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and hold a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26.
