Bank Makramah Ltd invites proposals from experienced and qualified advertising agencies for provision of conventional and digital advertising services. The selected agency will develop and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Applicant agencies must have a minimum of five (05) years of relevant experience.

Mandatory requirements & evaluation: Company profile; NTN certificate; FBR returns for last 3 years; CNIC copies of all directors/management; last 3 years audited report with 3 years bank statements; details of business age, volume and staff strength; technical competence (HR quality & technological expertise & support); list of key customers; two relevant references (purchase order) preferably from financial institutions/banks; ISO certification; business continuity plan; and an affidavit on stamped paper (Rs.500/-) by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any Provincial/Federal Government or a tax defaulter.

Bid conditions: Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes. Quotation validity at least 90 days. Bids will be opened by the Quotation Committee. Bank Makramah Ltd. will not be responsible for any cost incurred in submission of documents and reserves the right to cancel the bid for any reason and notify participants accordingly.
