Tender: 200 kW Off-Grid/Hybrid Solar System Installation at QUEST Nawabshah

Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah invites e-bids (E-PADs) for the supply and installation of a 200 kW (gross) Off-Grid/Hybrid Solar System at QUEST, Nawabshah, District Shaheed Benazirabad.

Bid documents can be downloaded from QUEST website (www.quest.edu.pk) and SPPRA/ePADS portals (e.g. https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk) w.e.f. 02-07-2026 to 17-07-2026. Duly filled bid documents must also be uploaded on SPPRA (ePADS) by the bidder.

Bidder must submit tender fee in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order only in the name of Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology Nawabshah. Bid security (Pay Order) in favor of Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Sciences and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah is required.

Eligibility: Company profile with NTN, SRB & SECP certificates; turnover as mentioned in bid document; detailed portfolio including personnel capabilities. Bids will be evaluated per the evaluation criteria in the bid document. Incomplete bids or bids not accompanied by required bid security will be treated as non-responsive.
