Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), 145-146 Rewaz Garden, Lahore invites bids through the E-PADS portal for rehabilitation works of multiple Area Development and Housing schemes across Punjab. Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and with FBR & PRA (having active Tax Filer NTN and PNTN). Bidding documents, terms and conditions and detailed requirements are available on the E-PADS portal and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.
Submission and opening for all packages will be conducted electronically via E-PADS. A single-stage two-envelope procedure will be adopted. Bid security (earnest money) equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee / CDR valid for the bid validity period plus 28 days. Original hard copy of bid security must be submitted as specified in the bidding documents.
