MEPCO Tenders — Outsourced Safe Handling/Shifting & Erection of HT PCC/Spun Pole Works (R.Y. Khan Circle)

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Operation Circle R.Y. Khan, invites e-bids for outsourced services for safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC / spun poles (36', 45' and 31') from MEPCO/WAPDA approved pole plants for new connections, deposit works, maintenance and rehabilitation works for Financial Year 2026-27.

Eligibility: WAPDA/MEPCO approved Class A, B, C & D contractors with renewal for the year 2026-27 and valid PEC registration with field specialization EE-04 & EE-05 where applicable. All documents must be duly attested.

Bidding, submission and opening will be conducted electronically via EPADS (eprocure.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. Tender validity: 120 days after opening. Bid security/guarantee must be provided as specified (Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee from a scheduled Bank of Pakistan) and remain valid per tender conditions.

How to apply: Interested eligible bidders must register on EPADS and submit electronic bids on or before the stated submission date/time. The Office of the Superintending Engineer (Operation) MEPCO Circle Rahim Yar Khan will publicly open the tenders in presence of bidders or their representatives.
