Tender: Pre-qualification/Registration of Vendors for Drugs, Medicines & Surgical Disposables — Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar-II Multan

Office of the Medical Superintendent, Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar-II Multan invites pre-qualification/registration bids from qualified and eligible vendors for local purchase of drugs, medicines and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis for the financial year 2026–2027. Bidding is through the E-PAD online portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/).

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage, Two-Envelope (technical and financial) as per PPRA Rule 38(2)(a) and PPRA Rules 2014. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded on the E-PAD portal; no manual/physical financial proposals will be accepted online.

- Download bidding documents from the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the E-PAD portal (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/). Tender details also accessible at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx.

- Bid security: 50,000 PKR in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee payable in favor of Medical Superintendent, Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar-II Multan. The physical bid security must be delivered to the Office of the Medical Superintendent before the submission deadline. A scanned copy of the bid security must also be uploaded with the online bid. Failure to provide the required bid security both physically and online will result in rejection of the bid.
