BankIslami Invitation for Bids – Sale of Immovable Properties in Multan & Faisalabad

BankIslami Pakistan Limited invites sealed bids for the sale of the following immovable properties on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Interested bidders must submit bids with prescribed bid security and follow the bank's terms and conditions listed below.

Key bidding information:

- Bid security: 10% of the offered bid amount in favor of BankIslami Pakistan Limited. Bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as described in the terms.

- Successful bidder: to deposit 25% of the accepted bid amount (less the paid bid security) by draft/pay order in favor of BankIslami Pakistan Limited within 3 days of acceptance. Remaining balance (75%) to be paid within 30 days from final acceptance; otherwise the bid security and/or deposited amounts may be forfeited as per terms.

- Sealed bids must be deposited in the Tender Box at the office address below by the closing time. Properties are sold on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis; all applicable taxes, dues and charges are the buyer's responsibility.

- Inspection: Properties may be inspected during office hours between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM with prior appointment.
