REDAMCO Invitation for Sealed Bids — Long-Term Lease of Pakistan Railways Land at Mardan Station (Bid Deadline 2026-09-03)

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for a long-term lease (33 years, extendable) of prime Pakistan Railways land at Mardan Station Yard. Bids are invited against reserved price/benchmarks on a one-time (non-refundable) Premium / Commitment Fee and Gross Revenue Share model.

Key instructions and eligibility:

• Lease period: 33 years (extendable for further 33 years).
• Building construction: As per local construction bye-laws.
• Bidding method: Sealed bids (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope) on two variables — Premium/Commitment Fee (non-refundable) and Gross Revenue Share.
• Bid security must be attached with the Technical Proposal in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.
• List of sites and Google map available at www.redamco.com. Areas shall be subject to actual measurement at the time of possession.
• Bidders should offer their bid on the Commitment Fee and Revenue Share. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids per PPRA Rules.

• Last date for submission of bids: On or before 2026-09-03 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
• Technical Bid Opening: 2026-09-03 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
