| Qualification | Master's degree or BS (4-year) in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Rural/International Development, Political Science, Law, Development Management, Social/Management Sciences or any relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of professional experience at international, national or provincial level. Demonstrated experience managing PSDP and/or foreign-funded projects; preparation and execution of annual work plans, budgets, planning, administration and procurement. Strong familiarity with project management, negotiation and coordination with international financial institutions, federal and provincial governments and other stakeholders. |
| Remuneration | Equivalent to PPS-12 salary package or as approved in the PC-I. |
