AHK NCRD Invitation to E-Bids for Solarization, Non-Core & Security Services – Closing 2026-07-15

Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development (AHK NCRD), Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad invites e-bids through the E-PADs system for supply and installation of solarization of the NCRD complex (office & hostel premises and open areas) and for hiring firms to provide non-core and security services at AHK NCRD. Bidding documents and submission are through the E-PADs portal; the advertisement and documents can also be downloaded from the AHK NCRD website.

Important instructions and eligibility:

- Firms must be registered with PPRA and FBR and meet eligibility criteria in bidding documents.

- For the solarization package (Sr.1) registration with PEC (minimum category C-3) and approval by the Ministry of Energy is required.

- E-bidding documents, detailed terms, specifications and other requirements are available on the E-PADs portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and AHK NCRD official website (www.ncrd.gov.pk). Manual financial bids will not be accepted.

- Bid security must be submitted as specified (CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque) in favour of Akhtar Hameed Khan National Centre for Rural Development. Scanned copies of required documents must be uploaded on E-PADs and original documents (except financial bid) submitted to AHK NCRD, Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad before the closing time.

- An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100/- stating the firm is not blacklisted must be attached.
