Workers Welfare School (Girls), Kasur — Transport Services Tender 2026-28 (E-PADS)

Issuing Authority: Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab — Workers Welfare High School (Girls), Basti Barat Shah, Kasur.

Purpose: Invitation of e-Bids for provision of pick-and-drop transport services for students for the transport contract period 2026-27 & 2027-28.

Tender period: Transport services for academic years 2026–27 & 2027–28.

How to obtain tender documents / submit bids: Tender documents are available free of cost on the Punjab E-Procurement portal (E-PADS) at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal. Prospective bidders must be registered on E-PADS to participate.

Bid security / earnest money: Firms must submit an earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated contract cost in favour of the Principal, Workers Welfare School (Girls), Kasur. The original CDR must be submitted to the school office before the technical bid closing time; failure to submit the original CDR will result in rejection of the technical bid.

Eligibility & conditions (summary):

• Only financially sound, experienced and income-tax-registered firms/companies may bid.
• Vehicles must be model 2015 or later (documentary evidence required).
• Single-stage, two-envelope procedure: technical and financial bids to be submitted separately online.
• Technical & financial documents must be complete, signed, stamped and uploaded via the E-PADS portal by the deadline.
• Successful bidder will submit a Performance Guarantee in the form of a CDR @5% of the contract amount prior to or at the time of contract signing.
• The procuring/transport hiring committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
