Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing) invites e-tenders for multiple civil works packages in LDA City, Lahore. Key conditions and instructions:
- Bids will be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement / ePADS platform. Contractors must be registered on the e-procurement portal and with PEC in the stated categories.
- Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt from scheduled bank in favour of Lahore Development Authority (valid as required).
- Tendering will follow PPRA Rules and ePADS regulations; technical proposals will be opened online on the date of tender opening. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical evaluation as per rules.
- Only e-bids submitted through ePADS will be accepted; manual bids will not be considered. Additional detailed instructions, terms and tender documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement / ePADS portal.
