The Government Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Bahawalpur (GECHS) invites sealed bids on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis for a 19-year term to operate four school sites at Block A (27 kanal), Block B (33 kanal), Block E (28 kanal) and Block F (32 kanal).
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant government authority, have at least 10 years’ experience and must not be blacklisted by any government agency. A bid security of 5% of the total bid (pay order or draft) is required. Tender documents are available from the GECHS secretariat. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 30 July 2026.
